Deep tissue-

technique designed to reach the deepest layers of muscle to break down adhesions (tense areas within the muscles) adhesions in the muscle cause pain, inflammation and limit range of motion.

A massage designed to increase blood flow by using long strokes twords the heart. This massage is very calming and relaxing. Best for those that would like to unwind and just relax.

Kt tape-

KT tape is also used to support injured muscles or joints without restricting full range of motion in individuals with neurological disorders. It helps to aid in faster muscle recovery, prevents cramps or spasms, prevents over-stretching or over-contraction of muscles, and also enhances muscle tone and strength.
