SEPTEMBER 2018 : Vinyasa-Flow yoga 200 HOUR with Monica Carroll
Join Monica Carroll as she guides new students through the journey of TEACHER in this life altering journey. Students will learn to sit in the seat of teacher, creating various vinyasa flow patterns while uncovering the vast world of yoga and it's philosophies. Students do not learn a scripted format but rather how to develop and teach and successful vinyasa flow class.
Monica has been teaching fitness and nutrition for over 25 years. With more than 10,000 hours teaching she has obtained certifications in Vinyasa-Power yoga, Advanced Vinyasa-Power yoga, Hot yoga, Ayurveda, Holistic Nutrition, and holds prior certifications in personal training, aerobics, sports nutrition, and group fitness. Her classes are designed to be interesting and challenging but approachable. Her style is lighthearted fun with tough love influence. Results are obvious in strength, clarity in mind, and enlightened in spirit. She mixes various ancient techniques such as yoga philosophy, crystal singing bowls and sound-bath therapies to the newer strength based techniques that inspire natural movement such as Aerial yoga, Pilates, T.R.X., bands and more. Her music ranges from classical to modern and classes are never the same. Her objective is to create unique workouts aimed to achieve balance to the big picture.
